I am extremely thankful to have had Adam as my criminal defense attorney. From our first meeting he truly went above and beyond what I expected. He listened patiently to every detail of my case, explained everything clearly (no confusing legal jargon), and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at... each step. He showed deep expertise—he knew the local courts, the prosecutors, and the judges in our area, which gave me confidence that he could navigate the system strategically. He also kept me in the loop at all times, returned my calls or messages promptly, and proactively pointed out issues or opportunities ahead of time. He is a lair and he will take your money I hired him to help me with my sons case all he did was lie and take my money and never helped my son run from this coward all he will do is take your money read the rest of the reviews he has done this to many other people I wish I would have seen these revie...ws before I hired him! And he will not give you your money back I reported him to the Arkansas Bar Association he shouldn’t be allowed to practice law when he just taking your money and does nothing to help you! If he has done this to you report him to the Bar Association shut him down from practicing all he wants is your money!

Adam was very easy to hire, just send him the money, but then he is impossible to get in touch with. Doesn’t answer phone calls or Texts. He was hired to take care of a ticket, he had it pushed back time and time again for almost a year, approximately 1 week short of a year. I would have to call the... court office to get the status because Adam would not respond to my texts, or phone calls. Finally the last time I called the court they said I had a warrant for my arrest because I had a failure to appear. Do not hire Adam.

Very poor service. I would rate a 0 if it were possible. "Attorney" Adam Joseph Childers only responded promptly for payments otherwise he ignores phone calls and text regarding the actual case. When he does reply to text, he is always busy with something else. He stated he submitted a motion to dism...iss on my appeal but never sent me the confirmation that he actually did it and ignored my numerous request for the confirmation that he actually submitted it. Avoid choosing this person to represent you. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I have reported dispute of charges to my bank and reported him and his law firm to the Better Business Bureau.
