Over 2 yrs goin to court every month multiple times a month insisting on trial from day 1 i accident missed a day got arrested following week in court room after waiting all day for my case to be called was informed of my warrant for failure to appear filed bond reduction never received a hearing 3+ ...months locked up He stated that I was correct that is that my Case should be dismissed and that speedy trial was running but hes unsure of details on how covid affects that and but speedy trial normally would apply but advised that either either take plea deal or stay in jail for additional 8 months.ish Waiting for a trial that probably wouldn't ever come Was already in jail for 3 plus months waiting on a bond reduction hearing that never came Is completely Incompetent And he don't care about nothing but moving docket he don't care about the lives affected he don't care about the families affected he don't care about innocent and don't care about guilty he just wants to push the docket
