Failed to utilize the information I had gathered for them. They asked for hearings that had nothing to do with the case. They did this without my explicit approval. I do not believe they desire to WIN your case without going to trial. It is my belief that they desire a trial to keep the money coming.... I believe you have to be high profile to get their best defense. Unless you have very deep pockets, just find an inexpensive attorney. I have learned that attorneys consider a win is nothing more than an outright denial by the jury of their competence when their client is determined guilty, rightly or wrongly.
