Mr. Murray assisted me with some legal matters (divorce) that I never thought I would need. Because of my position, I was upset, and he was able to be efficient, listened and seemed genuinely caring about my circumstances, and he was really good at calling me and keeping me informed on what was goin...g on with my divorce. It was helpful that he was so professional. He seems quiet at first. In my experience, that's because he's doing his job; a big part of that is listening.
