We retaineed Sherrye Balmaz to transfer the guardianship from Winston because it had expired in 2013 and went back to Samantha . Sherrye called us and she needed a retained of $1100 plus 3%. Later I find out Winston's attorney regained guardianship, Sherrye kept asking for more money for documents no...t even pertaining to my case. We were not allowed to call her, she never filed what she said she was doing and told us she was going to charge us more money. Icalled another attorney in Arkansas and he looked up what Sherrye said she had done, and he informed me that she hasn't filed anything, she has been lying to us and taking our money because that would be the she would call us.
