Ron took our case contesting my Dads Will. I gave him a lot of evidence that I had found in bank statements . Also had tax statements. He took the case and we gave him $5000 retainer fee. The contract stated he would investigate the bank, estate attorney, my cousin the executor. After a year and a h...alf he done nothing. I contacted theFDIC and they said there was something there but couldn't tell me what needed an attorney. I contacted him and he did nothing. He quit returning my calls. Finally used anther phone got him on the line and he told me I was no longer his client only my brother. I asked him why and he said the same reason the estate attorney didn't want me in his office. I have no idea what is going on. But he did nothing for us.
