At first Emily was very responsive. I had a case that needed handled first. While handling that case first, Emily literally ghosted me after paying the 2500$ retainer fee. I have texted, called and emailed. After emailing Emily about her website not working to book an appointment she took her website... down. While conversing with other attorney he informs me that she has become a prosecuting attorney. EXPLAINS A LOT! I do not recommend at ALL! I have all my receipts of our conversations where she has not responded.. email threads gone unanswered.

My experience was AMAZING, she was caring and empathetic of my situation. She was informative, affordable and had the perfect approach to my custody case. She was able to get me my desired outcome on my case along with providing comfort by educating me on all possible outcomes of my situation and eli...minating any worries or concerns I had during the whole process. I’m so grateful I found this law firm when I did and I strongly recommend her for any custody case you might have it’s worth it and you won’t regret it.

My son and I had an appointment scheduled and when we showed up the office was locked and dark. We called the number listed online and reached a call center who answer for her. They said they had no idea why she wasn’t answering but would send her a message and our phone number. Mean while another ap...pointment showed up and also attempted to call. No one contacted us or text us. We waited for an hour in very cold weather before giving up. Every time we called back we got a different call center person and had to explain everything all over again including all our information. I gave our email to them but 2 days later still no answer. Called again today office says open but same old story. None of them had a clue where she was and couldn’t get her to respond to them. Very frustrating just added more stress to our already stressful situation. If you are not going to bother to show up at least call us and let us know. Not very professional and we will not be using her. Email provided for response.
