I was quite impressed with Ms. Longs take charge approach. She took the time to get all the facts and details and go after what I was entitled to. She had her hands full with my Ex who was less than cooperative to say the least. Ms. Long stuck with it and continued getting all the necessary info from... my Ex until all facts were accounted for.
