i hired kelsay in hopes of resolving an over distribution of my pension recieved by ex-wife judge barbara griffin of new port arkansas. i hired mr randall henley of batesville in order to get the amount of over distribution supoened. after henley - i decided to hire ron kelsay. i felt mr henley sh...ould have researched the statute especially since i wrote him a letter in september 2009 requesting the statute on this issue -way before the court date in december 2009. The correspondance with ron kelsay has been questionable regarding his request for my tax records for my ex-wife(judge barbara griffin) whom is aware that the amount of distribution she recieved is in accurate. i also asked kelsay why he did not supoended the original attorney bernard butler of west memphis to testify that the amount that was agreed in court was not the same as the quadro department here at AT&T distributed. he said that attorney privilege would not allow the other attorney to testify. that answer did not seem reasonable. i do have certified copies to all parties involved of my correspondance. my last phone message to ron kelsay was thursday -2/24 and 25th and on 2/28 -2:40 pm. there have been no record of court filings from kelsay. i will seek a higher court / attorney general office to report my mistreatment and feel my rights to a speedy trial has been violated. any questions i can be reached during the day 7707503426. jackie price
