Bill Finley say's she is the best

Kathy Cruz handled my divorce and without question was awesome. I recommend her 100 %. She would make a good judge.

Bad lawyer

This lawyer don't Know how to talk to you I hate I even hired her I'm paying her to be rude, lazy I have to work for my money I don't know why she thinks she don't have to work for her money then she gets mad because you ask simple questions if I could reverse time I should have saw the warning signs... of what kind of lawyer she was I would rather talk to the assistant than the lawyer I'm paying for some lawyers give others bad name this is the one that does

I was able to keep my home

I had to file bankruptcy so that I could keep my home. And if it wasn't for Ms. Cruz I would be renting. After our first visit I was given a list of items that was needed before she could file me. I was also given a time line. Granted it took a while for me to gather up everything that was needed but... once I did and turned everything over to her we were filed within 2 weeks. I also can't believe anonymous is complaining. I am sure Ms. Cruz's staff sees people everyday and I am sure she just didn't recongnize him.

Unprofessional

We paid the initial $500 on May 26 and the remainder on June 16. As of July 27, we still had not been contacted about the next step. When we went in, we were given the initial paper work again. Unorganized and unprofessional. When approached with the fact that we had not had any calls/updates/ne...xt steps, Cruz stated that they were not going to babysit us. We withdrew and were refunded 52% of the total fees. Case had not even been filed yet.
