Ms. Daniel was hired as my estate lawyer. She was neglectful of any action that needed to be taken and at the end of 5yrs a modest estimate of what I lost was upwards of $100,000. At no time did she provide me with any doumenation of what was being done. When I called to check on the status of sever...al things, I would be told it was at the courthouse waiting for a signature. ( After realizing what was being done, or not done, i called no less than twice a month to check statuses.) When I forced a meeting concerning these issues, it was discovered that they had not even been started! This happened time and time again! In the end, she decided to write me a check out of her own account each month for a perios of almost 2yrs. I have records of check numbers and amounts. When she decided to stop writing me the checks, I requested my records. Her secretary had to search when no one was there and all my records had been destroyed or dismantled, or refiled under another name. I was unable to obtain my records.
