I have been a "People Lawyer" for over 40 years. Truth is being a People Lawyer is all I have ever wanted to do since I decided to go to law school. I was fortunate to join a firm that had a long history of People Law with high legal practice standards. The Baim Law Firm was started in 1936 by Gene Baim and Gene was my mentor. Gene was at that time a retired Judge and was practicing with his son, Kenneth Baim. I became a partner 2 years later. I know a good thing when I see it and I am still here after 40 years. Gene is gone and only Kenneth and I are left of the original crew from when I started but we have 4 associates practicing with us. Over the years I have represented thousands of people and wouldn't do anything else.
We have a talented, knowledgable staff who share our "People Law" values. Our firm has worked hard to keep up with technology and remain easily accessible to our current clients and new clients as well. Check out our web site or our You Tube channel to determine if we might be able to help you!

Sneed case
Kirby Mouser was extremely professional and handled our case very quickly and we couldn't be any happier with our decision to go with him and his staff at the Baim law firm.

Very Competent and Ethical Attorney
I have worked and consulted with Kirby on many occasions. He is is extremely smart, hard working, and ethical. I would not hesitate to refer my family to him. He is a lawyer's lawyer and well-respected in our profession.

Fast and Efficient!
I used Mr. Mouser for my divorce. He was concerned not only about the paperwork, but the person. Everything was filed appropriately and very timely.

Great attorney/staff and affordable
After my parents passed away Mr. Mouser helped open and close both estates for me and my family. He answered all my legal questions, resolved all my issues and concerns without charging me an arm and leg.
"I have worked with Kirby on a number of cases. He is extremely competent and ethical. He works hard and takes care of his clients. I endorse Kirby and would refer my family to him without hesitation. Darren O'Quinn (www.DarrenOQuinn.com)"
