I presented my very complicated case to Mr. Dowden and he accepted my case. I was selling my land in Louisiana to a buyer in California, and I live in Virginia. Within a week the 1st 15 acres was sold, my money wired into my account and the land was in the new owner's name. The remaining 5 acres was ...quite complicated, do to successions that had never been completed and most people had passed away.
