My father paid , and trusted this man to do a will, for him, in which upon his death, the lawyer was nowhere to be found. He did not even communicate fully and caused a lot of issues with my dad when he was trying to get his will. I then had to hire a new lawyer.

I never knew what was happening with my case. When I sought guidance on how to handle a functional capacity test for over a week, he was never available due to girl problems. When I received a certified letter from my employer, I was told not to pick it up until I talked to Rodney who was unavailable.... after 2 weeks , he was finally in and I picked up the letter and went to his office . It was the final day to accept a modified job at lower pay. The job was beyond my capabilities and what my neurosurgeon would allow. I WAS TOLD HE WOULD CONTACT THEM AND STRAIGHTEN IT OUT THAT AFTERNOON, BUT WHEN I WENT THERE THE NEXT DAY, I WAS TOLOD HE HAD HAD TO LEAVE RIGHT AFTER ME AFTER OUR MEETING...AGAIN ALLEGEDLY DUE TO GIRL PROBLEMS!! The job offer was rescinded and my pay terminated. I promptly fired him and hired Joseph Jolissaint from Baton Rouge who has been diligently digging me out of the quagmire Rabalais left me in. 20 years in criminal justice I met or dealt with countless attorneys. I have never seen a case neglected like this.
