Mr. Hesser was recommended to me by a friend to handle my property settlement. He was very knowledgeable about military laws in reference to retirement and what a spouse is entitled to. He was right there for me in court, ready for anything they threw our way and handled every situation in a profes...sional manner. We were able to get everything I was asking for and just a little more than expected. Mr Hesser was able to explain things to me so that I was able to understand all the legal jargon.
