Hire Mark First!
Mark was awesome! I hired him to help me stop child support of children who became of age! My previous lawyer from 2006-7 divorce made a mess of my case! I was led/advised into paying more support than what was fair without a stop date and a "until further orders of the court" comment which required me to return to court! ! Mark cleaned up a mess and got me where I needed to be! Wish I would have hired him first! Mark is great!

Good experience
I came to Mark planning my divorce and he guided me through the law and represented me professionally and aggressively represented my interests through complexity of a divorce. He knows the Law and he has trial experience to navigate through legal process whether it is a simple issue or complex legal issue. In the matters of divorce you definitely want the most competent and experienced lawyer representing you because thousands of dollars are at stake and property and kids custody and child support and alimony. A good lawyer can make a difference how you come out and he made a huge difference to me. Have saved my children's lives!!
Because of Mark Frederick and his firm, my children are happy & safe. For nearly 3 years he stood beside me and fought for my children's protection from their abusive father. There is no other attorney I would trust with my family. Mark Frederick is the best!!

This was an extremely difficult case. I'm not afraid to admit that it caused me many hours of worry and lost sleep. The stakes were incredibly high. A sweet lady for a client and two very precious children. That we were able to protect them from a violent, manipulative "father" who in all likelihood would have physically and emotionally harmed these children, will always count as one of my great successes.
