This review is from a person who hired this attorney.

A very good lawyer

Mr.Hickman defended my husband in 2012. This man does his job and a dam good one. This man will fight for you and tell you the truth. He makes sure that you do not get what you do not reserve. My husband was facing a charge felon with a fire arm and Mr.Hickman saved him from ten years in jail and got... down to the truth. We only had to pay a fine. If you are to face jail time he will tell you. He gets the facts straight. If my life depended on it I would use Mr.Hickman.

Partially Probated Suspension issued in TX, 2022

updated on 03/24/2023

Partially Probated Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice, he or she will be on probation, meaning the State monitors the attorney's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Fully Probated Suspension issued in TX, 2015

updated on 07/28/2015

Fully probated suspension means an attorney is technically suspended but may still practice law. The State monitors the lawyer's activities during the suspension to make sure that he or she does not repeat the behavior.

Darrell’s comment:

“The probation period is completed. However, this attorney has not practiced law in the State of Texas for several years.”

This type of suspension means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements.
