My boyfriend is his client and my boyfriend was wrongfully arrested and has been sitting in jail because he missed his court date att. Johnson because he was locked up in Morehouse. I have the letter of incarceration so he can be released but everybody says I have to give it to his attorney to send t...o the judge. And he has been in OCC for a week and yet to see a judge, by law u have to see a judge with in 72 hours and he hasn't. His attorney Johnson want call me back so I can get the letter to him, left him multiple messages, his phone is always off, I have emailed him on line no response. I need to get in touch with him and he does not respond to his clients. His client is Michael Townsend

This Lawyer never returns calls, does not follow up nor does he communicate anything regarding the case. It's an absolute circus in the courtroom just to hear all of his cases get postponed multiple times because he failed to do his part to make sure everything has taken place prior the the court hea...ring. The defendant has does their part to do all the things needed and made sure to make the arrangements to make the appearance and sit in court for hours just to be told it's postponed again. These are people's lives they are playing games with. The system is so corrupted already and hoping to find a good honest lawyer to defend and seek justice is now just a game. Please be better and take action in seeking justice for the people who put their future and the future of their families in your hands. Judge Jefferson has called you out on it, who else needs to speak before something gets done?

All I have to do is look at the case and send information to the DA closing it my son has already taken his Federal time and he doesn't need to take the state but he will not return to call to have this done within 45 days the 45 days. My son will be able to go to a work release in prison but if that... is not completed and closed and he will not be able to do so
