He is very inexperienced. He showed up to court without his homework. He failed to have the documents required to prove our case. He did not question the defendant's attorney about the required documents she was supposed to provide. She was in contempt of court at that point this was not brought up t...o the judge he seems to think this is only a civil case but it also a criminal case I think he is delusional and needs to go back to school maybe kindergarten. If you need a good lawyer don't hire this one he couldn't even figure out how to get someone subpoenaed that was in a hospital when we told him to correct place to subpoena him on day one he charges his 8750 for an email wanting to know where to send a subpoena and then we still had to drive to Minden to get the subpoena deliver it to cattle Court Sheriff's Office and then make sure it got served because he was too lazy to do his job
