They clearly don’t go by a persons will and didn’t make sure the correct way was done according to the Will. When called to say things didn’t go as Will said it was like so what your lose not to mention rude when you call and say something didn’t go down like the Will was written don’t use these pe...ople at all you will get screwed it was all about getting their money that’s it. No justice was done according to how the deceased person wanted it. If a Will is written up don’t mean that’s how you will get your part in the dividing of what will says

I live in another state thats more than just a car ride away and used Mr. White to settle some child support issues for me. We had a court date that he never advised me of. I just happened to be in town the day of the court date and he called me and asked where I was. He never emailed me or called me... prior to the court date to make sure I was in town and aware of the court date. Also, I find out a year later that my right to claim my child as a dependent that was a previous agreement had been changed. He never notified me of this. Now I have to file an ammended IRS return and pay back about $2K. This lawyer is terrible with communication.

This man in trial DID NOT SHOW ANY OF MY MEDICAL EVIDENCE, not my MRI"S, REPORTS, NOR THE SURGEONS DEPOSITION WAS READY FOR COURT!! After 3+ years; ridiculous. He acted like he was on the defense side. Did not keep me informed. Made a deal with the insurance co. without my consult. It was a nightmar...e. I wish I could have sued him but I know it would have would be useless. Plus he held my partial settle monies in his account for years without allowing me my own monies; did not provide an account statement; it was like made his own rules. I finally appealed the trial judgment and won partially then had to contact the registry and go to court for over $7k White held up there for over 7 years of my money. I could tell the judge was very irritated with David Whites conduct and Allstate Ins my own ins co did not want to pay on my $100k uninsured motorist. Accident 2001 my injuries now make it where I cannnot walk...David White is an insult to the innocent injured victims to put it mildly. And Allstate is trained to not payout..read up on it all when I had times of less pain. I don't know how these people sleep at night or if they or any of their loved ones are ever injured or sick facing this same situation. Horrible person in everyway..arrogant, acts like hes not engaged with you at all with a blank glaze. Never went into any legal details or explanations...I owned a business, went through a divorce, and had an injury settlement with an excellant attorney; so I have many attorney dealings prior to this so I knew what to expect....but when you are hurting so severely you cannot react or do as you know it should be done...you are just in shock and pain and trying to survive. I was not surprised to see another review that was poor which said the same things I said....it is identical to what he did with my case...so I'm assuming he is just a bad attorney...period!
