Excellent representation! Highly recommend!!
Highly recommended! We met with Mr Thompson and his staff regarding a very complex, multi-state custody issue that has become an international news story. Although we had met with several other attorneys prior, we are so thankful we kept looking until we found Dhu Thompson! After one meeting, our confidence level was boosted greatly knowing we had chosen the right representation. Lots of attorneys will tell you things and make all kinds of promises but in our experience, very few have actually delivered. Dhu Thompson delivers results! We have been working with them for over a year now, have done multiple court appearances and they have done a great job. I say “they” because it’s not just Dhu (who is an excellent attorney) but his entire team. Straight-forward, honest and and up front about your issues. I would not hesitate recommending Mr. Thompson & his team to handle your legal needs, no matter how complex. They have certainly done an excellent job with our extremely complex custody issues. BEST LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN THE SHREVEPORT/BOSSIER AND SURROUNDING AREAS
I seriously could not have asked for better representation for my custody case! Simply the best!
Mr. Thompson represented me in a business litigation trial. I was wrongfully sued by a corporation for several hundred thousand dollars. Mr. Thompson successfully defended my case at trial and the court returned a verdict in my favor. I highly recommend him if you need a trial litigator in court. Very satisfied with his services!

Great Lawyer
I hired Dhu to represent me in a case facing serious jail time. I was made aware of the plea bargain offered but I believed I was innocence of any wrong doing and Dhu truly believed me when others seemed doubtful. Dhu fought for me and litigated for my freedom when my life was on the line, with all of his experience in jury trials I felt really confident having him as my attorney during this difficult and stressful time.

Outstanding
Mr. Thompson took on a criminal case for a member of my family. I truely believe he was committed to Justice for his client. It took two years to go to trial (DA delayed not Mr Thompson). He stays in communication with his client and is also compassionate about his clients situation. He knows the law and doesn't hesitate to research cases that could help his client as well as reach out to expert witnesses for assistance during trial. With his previous experience as a prosecutor he is well aware of what the prosecutors next step will be. His courtroom experience is very apparent when you go to trial. Our outcome was successful because Mr Thompson was able to show the jury that the homicide was justified. Client found unanimously not guilty. Again I highly recommend Dhu Thompson and his entire staff for all your legal concerns.

Best Lawyer Ever!

He's on your side!
It is never a pleasant thing to need the services of a criminal defense attorney. However, if that occasion should arise there is no one else better than Dhu. I was in need for his services and I was not disappointed. Dhu is a very knowledgeable professional and always respond to my emails and phone calls promptly. He was very good at helping me to understand the situation and guided me patiently through the lengthy course of my trial. I would definitely recommend his law office and will be using him should the need arise in the future.

Professional and caring
The best lawyer in the Shreveport bossier area !!! If you want a lawyer that truly cares about your situation and gets on a personal level and makes you feel at home !! Not only did we have peace of mind when he took our case but he made sure everything we needed got taken care of in the most professional way possible !! We are so glad we met him and if we ever need anything done in the legal profession again we will definitely be calling DHU!!!

Don't hire this dirtbag!
Dhu lied to me and made a deal that I did not agree to. He gave away my dogs, custody of my daughter and even any visitation rights I may have had. He never returned my phone calls or informed me of what was happening with my case. When I kept calling his office with questions about my case. He accused me of harrassment and threatened "legal retaliation ". He is worse than a public defender. At least they screw you for free. Dhu charged me three grand and I got NOTHING for my money. DO NOT HIRE THIS DIRTBAG!!!!
