John has tried numerous criminal jury and bench trials having obtained several not guilty and responsive verdicts. John has represented client in matters ranging from simple misdemeanors like DWI to serious felonies like murder. Additionally, given John's unique commercial and business litigation experience, he is uniquely prepared to represent clients in white collar criminal matters.
