Adrian Carter Ross

I hired Ms. Ross on 9/6/17. She stated that it would take her 2-3 weeks to complete my case so I paid her the full retainer. Today makes 4 months and she have not started on my case yet. She does not return phone calls, emails, text messages, and she miss scheduled appointments. If you’re looking for... a professional attorney please look somewhere else because Ms. Ross is not professional. She will not put the time nor energy into your case and she will give you excuse after excuse. All she want is your money! I will be filing a grievance with the Bar Association against Ms. Ross

Adrian Ross is the most unprofessional lawyer that I have ever met. By the way she prefers high-end customers as she works out of a cramped cubicle. She doesn't return phone calls emails or texts. She very poorly represented my child in court. She didn't even know how to verify if subpoenas had b...een served. Judge had to tell her how to do it. Very embarrassing. Very obvious and sad that she didn't have my child's best interest at heart. See, I am not a high-end client. So I was treated differently from others. She couldn't even pose questions that would've helped my witness avoid spewing hearsay. I have work to do to rectify what happened. So very very sad. Greed took over.

Attorney Adrian Ross was refreshingly different from other attorneys I've worked with previously. She was very helpful, patient, and compassionate. She understood my case and took it on like it was were own. I could not have asked for a more concerned, attentive attorney. She didn't make feel like I ...was just another "check" for her. I truly felt valued by Attorney Adrian. I would highly recommend her to others.
