I would highly recommend hiring Mr. Diment. It seemed he went above and beyond for me. Mr. Diment kept me informed throughout my case, was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Got me a "Delay of Prosecution " which means in 6 months my case will be thrown out!!!! Would hire this attorne...y again if need legal help.

I travel a lot and carry my medications due to having 2 residences. During a traffic stop I was arrested for having my medications (Controlled "Schedule 4") and was charged with 4 counts of "Poss. of Narcotics > 25 grams". I was arrested for simply a mild or chronic pain drug, anxiety medication, and... a sleep aid. Knowing I was prescribed to the medications I thought I would be released at Arraignment however was charged with 4 two year Felony counts with these controlled substances and some were out of date. My bond was set at $40,000 having to deal with a third party for my bond I was out at four thousand dollars. I was incarcerated the an entire week unable to sigh release forms to prove I was carrying my own med's also in the county (Delta County Michigan) whom act as though they're D.A. have PhD's in medicine and believe they have the right to control your treatment with you private physician i knew I needed a good Attorney. I'm writing this review because Morley Chenail Diment Practices Law here in Escanaba, MI in lieu of Milwaukee, WI as well. In my case and experience after what research I found about Diment I couldn't recommend a more Dedicated, Educated, and Connected Lawyer to trust possibly determine your future! I'm not saying this lightly, This Attorney was able to get every charge dismissed, no plea deals, completely dismissed and explained to me 3 different ways he could approach my case in doing so. Within one week my charges were dropped and bond returned facing four felonies charges. I'm not sure you can find any Attorney more motivated or professional for your case whether it's a Civil, Criminal, or Bankruptcy complaint. If you find yourself in the Delta County Area this is an Attorney that desearves to be put on retainer due to his ambition and the way the courts ignore general laws they ignore due to it being a low population area.
