A native of Opelousas, Louisiana, Attorney Kent S. DeJean has been practicing law in Louisiana since 1986. He obtained his B.A. and his J.D. from Louisiana State University. After working as a lawyer in Eunice, LA, Kent joined Losavio & DeJean, LLC. He has over 25 years of experience practicing estate planning, interdiction, Social Security disability law, adoptions, bankruptcy, and family law. He specializes in Social Security benefits and veteran affairs and is accredited by the Department of Veteran Affairs. From 1986 to 2002, Kent was also a court-appointed attorney for juveniles.
