I was warned when I hired this Lawyer for my case. Descriptions of this lawyer by other professionals included words such as: BULLDOG, T-REX, FEISTY… I can tell you, it’s true. She is an absolute Demon when it comes to her craft. She is always a few steps ahead and is able to see the big pictur...e. If you are a potential client reading this…she is not your buddy, she does not always answer the phone, she is not doing this for free, above all she is HUMAN… so be a good client. Don’t lie, don’t misbehave…don’t have crazy expectations. Lawyers are only as good as their clients. This Lawyer can and will upset you due to blunt/honest approach she practices. Get over it and focus on the task not your feelings. I have seen some Nasty reviews about this lawyer. These reviews are most likely from Lawyers she has completely steamrolled or opposing parties that have been dragged by her in court. I worked with this Lawyer for over 3 years. It was a tough road, but she absolutely was worth every dollar I paid her.

Ms. Distefano is the last person you want to represent you on your case. I've had her for 2 years as my attorney and finally had enough. She hardly ever returns calls or emails and does everything last minute. You have to constantly remind her about important details and do most of her job yoursel...f. It's been a nightmare. I absolutely do not recommend her.
