Attorney Moran did a succession for me after my mother's death in 2013. I was a little skeptiical at first because we found her online, knowing anything about her other than what I had read. I made an appontment, my son and I were very pleased with her knowledge and professionalism. She asked ques...tions and allowed us to respond and she freely answered all questions we directed to her. We left the office with full confidence and trust that she was the attorney we wanted. One one appointment with Kendra, I brought my 16 month old granddaughter along. Imagine trying to cope with a baby who wanted to walk and touch everything. Kendra was very caring, understanding, kind and gentle with the baby just as any mother would be. A small thing that made a difference! Looking back, I know I made the right choice for an attorney. The whole experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. When my dear mother passed away in 2011, I continued paying off her monthly Home Equity line of Credit payments by depositing enough money in her savings account to cover the monthly automatic withdrawals. Suddenly in 2012, after I had previously (in 2011) informed the bank that my dear mother had p...assed away the bank closed her savings account, forwarded the balance to me (her sole survivor and ONLY child), and would not be able to continue to make those monthly payments.
