also known as Steve LeBlanc
I've been in practice over 40 years, started as a solo practitioner in 1973 and have remained a solo practioner to this day. Rated by Martindale-Hubbell as a BV, Distinguished Attorney. Admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, 5th and 11th Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal and all Federal District Courts in La. I coudn't have been as successful as I have been without many satisfied clients. Unfortunately, in the area of child custody, on occasion, we will get some people who are unhappy.

Do Not Hire
This attorney does not handle business to make sure you are taken care of. It's all about the money and doing as less as possible. When facing a major court case, he did not prepare or have a pre-trial conference with me to discuss it. We lost of course.
This grandmother hired me after the Judge had given her temporary custody of her grandchild. We had a number of proceedings before the final custody trial in which we represented her and the court continued the temporary custody every time. At the start of the final custody trial, the Judge said she was ending the temporary custody of the grandmother and said she would decide whether the child would go with her mother or father. I thought his rate was a little high, but all things considered, you get what you pay for and I received great service from a ...
