I contacted Mr. Cataldie needing a gun trust. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed the gun trust prepared and executed as soon as possible. Much to my amazement, Mr. Cataldie agreed to meet with me on a Saturday morning at his office. I even attempted to pay him extra for the weekend w...ork, but he graciously declined to accept same. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. Would totally recommend to anyone needing an attorney that understands some business cannot be taken care of during normal M-F, 9-5 hours.

Biggest mistake I’ve ever made hiring him. He dropped the ball on every step of the process. He failed to file documents that were in a court order which resulted in delays and refused to take any steps to to take necessary steps to bring the settlement process to a conclusion. It was evident he w...as easily intimated by the judge and opposing counsel.

I wanted a trust set up that another attorney acted like just couldn't be done. Mr. Cataldie listened to my needs, drafted a trust that I had reviewed based on the first attorneys concerns, and it was said to be well done and with no concerns as to how it would hold up. I will use his services again....
