Bad legsl advice

I am posting this anonymously as I was initially told that the outcome of my case would be favorable to me. Without going into detail, I don't think this firm cares about anything other than money and how a legsl matter may impact the lives of their client.

Swapping out, Sell out

Jarrett has taken on to many hight profile cases and isn't properly staffed. His performance isn't what it used to be in the courtroom. Have you ever heard of the term swapping out ? Well this is what Jared has started doing. Letting the DA do whatever they want in the courtroom and not objecting. Th...en for his next client the DA will take it easy on them. This is a known fact that this goes on in the courtroom. Jarrett will probably be running for DA in a few years.

This is anonymous for a reason. It's complete nonsense. At no time in my career, not one single time, have I "sold out" any client. Ever. Period. I've committed my life to service of my clients and will do whatever it takes, within the law, to get justice.

Paid in Full- for lies and broken promises

Mr Ambeau gave me a set price (which was paid up front) but advised (after several months) that he wanted to go to trial with my husband's case and this would be an additional 10k (which was also paid). He instructed me that if he did not go to trial, he would refund the money back. My husb...and did not go to trial and he refused to refund us the additional 10k that was paid. We paid for a couple "specialists" and was told that was included in the amount paid. He told me he used these specialists, but I have yet to see any documentation from one of "specialist". I asked for an itemized bill so I could see where the money was spent, nothing justifies the amount of money we paid this man. This was a living nightmare for my family. Mr Ambeau lied to me and my spouse (I had proof of this) but he did not budge. He lied to my husband and myself throughout the entire process. I would not recommend him to anyone for legal services. If you are looking for someone to work for you, be upfront and honest and justify the amount they have charged you, he is NOT THE ONE!!

I am sorry that you feel as though we did not take care of you here at The Ambeau Law Firm; your feeling that we did not take care of you is not what we desire and indicates a certain kind of failure on our part, if only insofar as you walking away feeling like you were treated with anything other than the utmost respect and understanding. As this is an anonymous post, I am in a difficult position to address your assertions specifically without knowing who you are. None of the facts above match any case I have had in my office since opening 8 years ago. Obviously I could not actually treat anyone this way, keeping money that was not earned, and still be practicing law. If I can address any factual concerns I can be reached at my office at any time. In the end, I hope everything worked out for you and I wish you the best going forward.

DEVISTATED!!

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE WAS HIRING HIM !!!!!!!! HIRED HIM 1 YEAR AND 8 MONTHS AGO $ 10,000.00 LATER NOTHING DONE. HE FILED MY SUCCESSION AFTER GIVING HIM $10,000.00 WITH A NSF CHECK THAT HE ALLOWED TO SIT AT THE CLERK OF COURTS FOR 5 MONTHS, I WENT THERE AND FOUND IT... AND LET HIM KNOW, HE WAS NOT CONCERNED AT ALL
