Has sat on our case for three years. We never get updates like he “guarantees” every two weeks… that’s a joke. Haven’t had a legitimate update in over 8 months. Do not hire him

Subpar in all respects!
If you want an attorney who will f'up your representation in all respects, go with Guirard. He sat on my case for over 1 year and did next to nothing. When I finally fired him he said my case was "worthless." My new attorney then proceeded to recover close to 6-figures for me. Really, "worthless,...
