Beau Layfield

Attorney Beau R. Layfield was born in Mansura, Louisiana. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University. He then received his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University. Mr. Layfield also attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where he was an intern for the Dade County District Attorney’s office. Before he established The Layfield Law Firm, LLC, Attorney Layfield worked as an attorney for a general practice law firm. During his time there, he focused on helping automobile accident victims and representing individuals dealing with family law matters.

As a young boy, Attorney Layfield’s uncle passed away in a car accident. The tragedy of the whole situation had a large effect on him and his family. It is because of this experience that Mr. Layfield focuses his practice on helping the victims of personal injury accidents. Due to his personal experience, he understands the helplessness people often feel after going through such a traumatic event. This is why he has chosen to devote his practice to personal injury law, where he is able to utilize both his legal and personal experience in order to help victims of accidents. Attorney Layfield has lived throughout different parts of Louisiana, which he feels has allowed him to develop relationships with people from different backgrounds.
