Client was already on both probation and parole when this happened and law enforce ... ment had a watchful eye on his activities. I investigated the case and filed a motion to suppress as it appeared there were several outstanding questions on the initial detention of my client prior to the search. After a hearing, Judge Daniel granted my motion to suppress and the prosecutor then dismissed the case. My client's probation and parole holds were lifted and he went home.
