Expungement

This man works magic! He got all three of my records expunged, and he did it in a fairly timely manner. I recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney!

Expungement

I hired this attorney without meeting him. I represented myself in my expungement case. Everything was done correctly in that case but Louisiana has a loophole with expungements if the charge was amended at the time of arrest. The case took 7 months from start to finish during the pandemic but Mr. Sp...ano did keep me informed at all intervals during the process.

Felony Expungement

Rhett was great. He was super easy to work with. He went above and beyond to get my expungement done in a timely manner even during covid shutdowns.

Satisfied client

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Mr. Spano. It’s the small things you notice about a person that gives you an insight into how they think. I saw a poster with him helping children and I had an idea he was someone with a big heart. Well, I was right on the money. This attorney helped me ...expunge my record within 1 ½ -2-month process (the whole process). He kept me informed the entire process including emails, petitions, feedback from the court, and the even the mailing process. I guarantee his work is awesome. If you want to your work done right, fast, and efficient, hire R. Spano. He was very affordable and honest. If he says he can handle the job, pay him and go about your affairs because the job will get done.

"I endorse this lawyer as I had the privilege and opportunity to work with him on cases when I was in house counsel for Deep South and he was trial counsel for one of our insureds. Rhett handled the matters professionally and competently and achieved results my company was happy with."
