Honor & Integrity

I feel that Rhett was the best attorney I have hired. He was very professional, honest with a nice personality. I loved the fact that he honored his word & I never had to call him. He kept me updated & informed at all times. The case was resolved in my favor. I appreciated his help. Thank you, Rhett!...

Satisfied client

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Mr. Spano. It’s the small things you notice about a person that gives you an insight into how they think. I saw a poster with him helping children and I had an idea he was someone with a big heart. Well, I was right on the money. This attorney helped me ...expunge my record within 1 ½ -2-month process (the whole process). He kept me informed the entire process including emails, petitions, feedback from the court, and the even the mailing process. I guarantee his work is awesome. If you want to your work done right, fast, and efficient, hire R. Spano. He was very affordable and honest. If he says he can handle the job, pay him and go about your affairs because the job will get done.

I found the right Attorney . I think you would feel the same if you need legal representation.

Mr. Spano got my case dismissed. Listen I worried over my situation which was a felony. The truth is I spoke to other lawyers who charged for a short consult ($100-200), they tried to play on my fears due to the seriousness of my charges (they were serious ). I know I needed someone that seemed to g...enuinely care about my situation and the implications of how it would affect my life. Incidentally my case was old but a warrant was issued for my arrest which amplified my desire to retain someone I felt I could trust and not just see me as another check. I found Mr Spano online, read his reviews and saved his information for a year, (yeah , I know), he had great reviews but what caught my attention was how personal they seemed. Long story short is I knew he wanted him to handle my case within the first few minutes of the the "FREE" consult. The questions he asked were different than the other lawyers who I had to pay for the same sort of consultation. I could have hired one of the others but I needed at the very least to feel like they cared, but they really didn't seem to care i was only anther check. This was my life and future. Mr Spano asked questions concerning me, of course we discussed the charges but he was interested in my story and "THAT" simple gesture felt genuine to me. I sent my check the very next day, this only after a phone consultation, because I live in another state. Bottom line is he found a way to get my case dismissed. It laid on my mind for thirteen years, i was a dumb 32 year old kid when I got in trouble I'm 45 yrs old just now laying this monster off my back. My wife left me right after I got charged and bonded out took the kids, I lost my way for years after that, so yeah it was a big deal to me that I found someone that cared, I had already lost so much because of a dumb decision on my part. I'm not being paid to leave a review, this is my first and only review for an attorney., but when you are convicted with a crime it can feel like a heavy weight on you shoulders getting past it seems overwhelming, especially if you care about your life and future. I'm writing this review because someone else took the time to write one which helped me to make my decision. I hope my story can help someone else make their own decision on the importance of having "GOOD " representation, My case was dismissed, I can't say that maybe also be the case for you, but I can say I am happy I went with Mr.Spano. I wasn't expecting as good a result as I received, but to be honest that's what he said he would shoot for at our very first consultation. His price is fair, I could go on and on, but that's my story and experience in short with a "Good" attorney. Thank you Mr. Spano, like I told you , you saved my life. The days seem much brighter now.
