Before I met Linda Melancon, I already had a will and trust in place from other attorneys. Yet I didn't feel that I had exactly what I wanted in a trust for my daughter. My life circumstances had changed, and for other reasons I felt a need to start over. When I met Linda, we discussed my assets ...and my daughter's possible needs in the future, and I felt that Linda knew exactly how to proceed. Now that the documents are in place, I feel at peace with the results and can go on with the rest of my life knowing that my daughter's financial future is taken care of and that she will have the continued guidance of Linda and her team. Linda and her staff are highly professional, competent, warm and caring. I recommend them highly.

My husband and I decided to get our estate planning done after the passing of my dad in 2022. We have two small kids so we wanted to make sure they would be provided and have as little “unknowns” as possible. Linda and her team were great. They helped us understand LA succession laws and laid out sce...narios for what would happen if either me or my husband (or both of us) passes away. They helped us understand Living Trusts and helped us set one up for our children. They took care of EVERYTHING. It was such a relief knowing everything is taken care of. As an added bonus while dealing with my dads estate (in a different state) I was able to ask Linda and Jennifer questions about succession in another state and they were eager to help me understand and provide guidance. We also contacted them about 2 years later for additional information/paperwork needed for how the trust was set up. I personally felt like they dropped what they were doing to help me and provide me with what I needed. Absolutely the best customer service! At the time, I also felt the price was very reasonable. There are different prices depending on your needs and I never felt pressure to get more than what we needed.
