Lorraine is an absolute horror to deal with, she will do anything she can to drag your case out in order to bill YOU!! She double-bills and the billing statement is confusing on purpose, hoping that people are so overwelmed in their case that they won't stop to question it. She does not return your... phone call unless you make an appointment to speak with her, if it's more than 5 minutes, she will set an appointment with you, charging you for the time and send you a 15-page review of the meeting..ughhh!!! I've worked for 2 attorneys myself and have NEVER been treated so RUDELY and with such lack of professionalism and unkindness. She will act all nice initially...it's just a Front. She is an angry person who lets her own feelings affect your case and if you stay with her long enough, you will see that side come out. I WISH she had that fierceness to fight for my case. I never write reviews unless they're very good ones, complimenting good service, food etc...but man!..Lorraine McCormick takes the cake for sure. RUN!!!...Don't walk from this attorney :(
