If we both feel that my firm can help with your problem, we will perform a thorough case evaluation by obtaining necessary medical and employment records to determine what needs to be done to protect your rights or to ensure that you receive all of the workers’ compensation benefits to which you are entitled.  None of this costs you anything. 

If we do move forward with legal representation, I will take over all communication with your employer and the insurance company right away.  You will no longer have to deal with them personally.  I will fight with them about your check, your medical treatment, your return to work, and all other workers’ compensation issues, all the while keeping you informed of progress by email, letter or telephone updates.

What you can do.

Before you call or email, have the following information available if you can.  If you do not have it all that is o.k., but try to be prepared to discuss the following.

• The date you were injured
• Your most recent workers’ compensation check or the month it was stopped or reduced
• The name of the workers’ compensation insurance company
• Your claim number and adjuster’s name and contact information.
