Biography
Although born in Baton Rouge, James lived most of his adolescent life in Houma, Louisiana, where he graduated from Vandebilt Catholic High School. Self-proclaimed as the world's greatest "LSU Tiger" fan, he moved to Baton Rouge to attend Louisiana State University and continued his studies at Nicholls State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law School in 1995, where he graduatedcum laude. James opened his own law practice in 1996 and worked in conjunction with several prominent Louisiana State representatives on both civil and criminal trials. In 1998, James joined the litigation team at Dudley DeBosier, adding quality experience and an aggressive attitude to our litigation department.
