Francisca Mercedes M Comeaux

Francisca Comeaux practices in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate, energy and utilities, and regulatory and governmental matters.

Ms. Comeaux’s business practice includes drafting and negotiating a full spectrum of corporate contracts as well as franchise agreements and purchase and sale agreements.  She represents clients in real estate matters including sales, leases, servitude agreements, and title issues.

Ms. Comeaux practices before the Louisiana Public Service Commission and Administrative Courts, representing telecommunications, electric, gas, sewer, and water public utilities in all aspects of regulation.  As part of the firms governmental relations practice group, she has monitored, analyzed, and advised clients on proposed legislation pending before the Louisiana Legislature and has handled matters involving municipal and local government law.

She is a registered lobbyist in the State of Louisiana.
