My husband and I hired Mr. Chester James Rothkamm to represent our teenage granddaughter in a criminal case, he refused to visit her to listen to her side of the argument, refuse to deliver document she was entitled to , waved her right to a speedy trial, never returned our calls and did not get an a...ffordable reduction of bail. I asked him to withdraw from case after we paid more than we had agreed to ,and he did not, he started to ask my granddaughter for money by sending letters of request to our home. My granddaughter has been in jail without Trial since January 31, 2012 and we just another continuance until November 16, 2015 for another continuance because of Mr. Rothkamm waving her rights to a speedy trial.
