Andrew Wallace Eversberg

Andrew Wallace Eversberg is a partner in the law firm of Schutte, Terhoeve,

Richardson, Eversberg, Cronin, Judice & Boudreaux.  Mr. Eversberg’s practice focuses

on litigation of matters in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, and all

types of property and casualty litigation, including commercial lines and personal lines

claims.  Over the last twenty-one (21) years, he has handled thousands of lawsuits

including the representation of corporations and individuals in cases involving

automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, homeowners' liability,

environmental liability, and trucking liability as well as handling cases involving

insurance bad faith, workers' compensation, life insurance, professional liability,

toxic torts, and construction law and disputes.  Mr. Eversberg is admitted to

practice law in both Louisiana and Mississippi, and maintains an active trial practice

in state and federal courts.
