I paid this attorney to file an Article 894 on my behalf. He failed to do so. Years later, because the filing was never completed, the charge appeared on my record as a misdemeanor offense. This should not have happened if the work he was paid to perform had been handled correctly. This was car...eless and unprofessional legal work with serious long term consequences for me. I trusted him with a straightforward matter, and he did not follow through or confirm that it was properly filed. As a result, I am now dealing with problems that should have been resolved years ago. I strongly recommend that you do not hire this attorney. Clients should not have to suffer permanent record issues because required filings were ignored.

in the recently released decision from the LA Supreme Court regarding Judge Charlene Day’s suspension, Aidan apparently agreed to notify a 4th grade teacher to come to court and sign a document or be in contempt and go to jail. The report states Aidan agreed to do this but put the wrong email addres...s so the poor teacher was arrested at the elementary school. Sadly she lost her job over the whole thing. Adjectives I think of when I think of Aidan are irresponsible, misleading, ineffective, arrogant, and in my experience, when you ask him about his clear screw ups, he mistakes facts deflects everything on to you!
