Working with this lawyer was the worst decision I could have made as a father. He was not attentive, he misrepresented my request and ultimately I had to end our contract. Phillip did not appear for the first court date and was late for multiple court dates after. He juggles multiple roles and my cas...e seemed to fall by the waste site once he received my payment. He continued to prolong my case for a year without filing the proper paperwork. This is verified by the court documents. He never did his job as a lawyer and then blamed me as the client, because I wanted exactly what I hired him to do. I would not recommend his services to anyone at all. I plan to take whatever action I can to salvage my court situation.
