Kourtney Kech We had the most wonderful experience working with Ms. Kech during the difficult time of an unfair situation at my husband’s job. I felt too strongly about the unfair treatment and handling of the situation he faced at his job so before just walking away with no definitive punishment f...or the aggressor who was not being held accountable for the situation that led to my husband being fired illegally, we decided to invest in a sit down consultation with Ms. Kech to just see what our options were. We took all of our documents, the homework figures that I broke down and correspondences with the company HR to Ms. Kech. She carefully went through each page, asked questions I never even considered, so we could get the whole big picture of our situation. We needed to see what our options were to get a resolution. Unfair work practices do happen and when people don’t know the law regarding their employed position in a company, it will only cost the employee, regardless of laws broken in the process. Ms. Kech worked extremely hard and thoroughly during our situation. Before picking her office to call, I tried searching for reviews and there just are not many out there that I felt were reassuring that we were not going to be wasting time, money and effort to handle our situation. She was amazingly supportive when we knew we were in the right, she was honest about the things that should have been done by the company, my husband’s part (like better documentation) and overall the general limitations that the labor law allow that were ignored by the company for too long. Dealing with legal processes has been a teachable experience. You will need patience because she has many clients, we were not her only case to assist in, but she understood and was extremely patient with us along with our frustrations (which were already high). I will ALL DAY long recommend Ms. Kourtney Kech and her team if you have any employment issues. She will lay everything out and tell you this is what the law allows, the timeframe you may be looking at, let you know what the options are and what you will be looking at for the future. She was honest about all our options and realistic outcomes possible, but she left the final say up to us to decide. Our experience with Ms. Kourtney Kech was extremely positive, professional, understanding, compassionate and educating. She explains a lot of details, corresponds multiple times and rather quickly. She had our back and tried many options to resolve our situation as quickly as she could. I felt so blessed to get to know her during our difficult time and she helped get us a resolution and more.
