Hired him and paid him in advance in 2024. Did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but cashed my check for $2500. After much back-and-forth and a bunch of empty promises to have my documents ready to go the next day, and I had not received anything except excuses and a request for another payment to file document...s that he hadn’t even prepared. I prepared my own documents, submitted them to him, and still no results. Just a bunch of “I will have them ready for you tomorrow I promise” again and again. Nothing. So I politely requested a percentage of my money to be refunded . To which he equipped back “well I charge $450 an hour and so there’s probably nothing left over.” I retained him and paid him a flat feet to file for me, not an hourly rate and he didn’t do a single thing. He won’t return my phone calls (His number seems to be disconnected ) nor any emails.
