He was paid to represent motions by a deadline. He gave false information stating that the work had been done. Reqested the prof of the filing date on the motions. After 6 months and no proof was submiited of filings. Research found out that the motions had never been filed and the deadline had pass...ed. Scheduled a meeting that I had to drive 4 hours to get my refund. He tried to give false paperwork stating that he filed that had no proof of filings he refused to give refund and became irrate and disprespectful in front of my 6 years old daughter. I had a reason to be upset and ask questions but he was so unprofessional to the point witnesses had to hold him back from jumping in my personal space and screaming vulgar wording. My daugher had to witness all this and now is experiencing nigtmare of this incindent that someone was going to harm her mom and from a stranger who was paid to represent her Dad for a chance at freedom which has been taken because of false information that was given from this attorney.
