this lawyer filed lawsuit for me in the wrong court for a fee of 3500.00 plus costs. when the hearing officer said I can’t hear your case, you need to file in appropriate court he told me thatI needed to pay at least $5000.00 more and it could be more. We went to court on that day but the judge would... not hear the case because on of the persons involved was hospitalized. he agreed to obtain information from the other party regarding the hospitalized party and relay it to me. when I told him that I needed a document regarding something else he abruptly quit my case and demanded I pay another 633.00. all together I have paid out $11000.00 and he quit my case. by the way he was aware that the funds were coming from my retirement account. Now I have nothing.
