I would highly recommend Barry Sallinger and his associates to represent anyone in need of a good criminal defense attorney. These people are very familiar with the laws and programs which are available to assist people who listen and work with them. Barry and his team of attorneys, paralegals and ma...nagers (Allison, Jan & Leesa) helped a very close family member of mine get 3 felony drug charges reduced to a drug diversion program and the probability of a complete expungement from the record once the diversion program is completed. With this group, their actions speak louder than their words. I have dealt with many groups of attorneys throughout my business career, however they are by far the Best I have ever dealt with.

Couldn't have asked for better outcome

Mr. Sallinger and his team did outstanding work settling my felony drug charge and got the best possible results. My charges were dropped and his staff was there to help and answer any questions I had along the way. I highly suggest Mr. Sallinger's services if you're in need a legal help.

First case my tie rod broke on my truck causing me to hit a parked car then a ditch, not knowing I blow, instead of refusing it was over the legal limit, I was charged with a DUI I hired Mr. Sallinger outcome was careless driving; Next case I was bogged down on private at a club I refused the breatha...lyzer & was charged with another DUI, outcome case thrown out; Next case I was in a single vehicle accident I did the road side test & refused the breathalyzer I was charged with DUI, when spoke with Mr. Sallinger he asked if I wanted to fight it, but I chose to take the one year suspension, I convicted with a first offense DUI, I don’t drink anymore & I couldn’t have found a better law firm to represent me, outstanding service & professionalism firm as a whole I would recommend them.

Great Experience

Mr. Sallinger represented my grandson on two separate cases:: a Domestic Abuse & Battery charge, and a drug induced DUI arrest. We were elated when both cases were dismissed, and Mr. Sallinger's staff has begun to expunge the arrests from my grandson's criminal record. We were.
