OUTSTANDING!!!

I was arrested on a Felony Sexual Battery Charge. When reading what the consequences were, I found maximum sentence, 20 years hard labor. I immediately started my search for an attorney. Several people in the industry recommended Barry. I met w/ Barry, he explained what he thought he could do an...d how he would tackle it. I was somewhat relieved, but still in a panic. I was so relieved, when Barry informed me he got the sentence reduced to simple battery (no felony) NO JAIL Time. One year Supervised probation, reduced to unsupervised probation. It is worth every penny. Jill kept me informed all thru the whole process and was very reassuring the entire time. I HIGHLY Recommend Barry Sallinger and his staff.

Genuine excellence in representation

I have been a client of Mr. Sallinger's more times that I am proud of. However, Mr. Sallinger has never waivered in his support and/or diligence in helping me. I have had a prescription drug problem for a long time and unfortunately it has caused me legal issues. Mr. Sallinger, and his incredibly ...competent staff have been the most professional, helpful and courteous people imaginable. He has worked miracles for me in the court system and has made a way for me to get help and treatment, rather than jail time. I truly respect him greatly and have been ashamed for letting him down by being a "repeat client". But, nevertheless, he has stayed loyal and true through all my trials and tribulations. I hope to never have to utilize his services again, but feel completely safe in the fact that he has been there and will always be there. If your are reading this and have found yourself in a similar situation, I can't speak highly enough about Mr. Sallinger and his entire staff.
